Advertising

The Hartford Track Club provides many ways to advertise your event.

Event Calendar

With this option, we will place your event name and contact information in our race calendar that is published once a month. The calendar appears in our newsletter and on our web site.

There is no cost to be included in the race calendar. Please submit your request by the 20th of the month to be included in next month's race calendar.

Web Site

This option allows you to advertise your event in multiple places on our web site. We will place links under the Club News section on our Home Page and in the Featured Races section of the Race Calendar page. The links can lead to either an HTML page or a PDF file describing your event, whichever you would like.

For club members there is no cost for a non-commercial advertisement on the web site. For non-club members the cost is $50. Please see section below for payment details.

Acceptable submission formats are:

• HTML - The links will point to the submitted HTML page.

• PDF - The links will point to the submitted PDF file.

• Word document - The links will point to a PDF file we will generate from the Word document.

• Text file - The links will point to a PDF file we will generate from the text.

The maximum file size is 5MB. The links will stay active until after your event.

Newsletter

You can also advertise your event in our paper newsletter that is mailed to all club members monthly.

There are four choices for newsletter advertising. Please see the section below for payment details.

•   Full-Page Race Application: $75/month

•   Full-Page Advertisement: $150/month

• * Half-Page Advertisement: $75/month.

• * Third-Page Advertisement: $50/month.

* These options are free to club members advertising non-commercial events.

Submissions to be included in next month's newsletter are due by the 20th of the month.

Payment Details

For newsletter advertising, payment is due at the time of the mailing. For web site advertising, payment is due at the time the information is posted.
