HTC Board Meetings

The HTC Board meets the 1st Monday of the month, 6:00 pm, in the Community Room at West Farms, to discuss and decide on club business, budget, direction etc. If you have an opinion about a HTC issue, the Board is interested in hearing what you have to say. Typically, member business is discussed first, so you won't need to stay for the whole meeting, if you don't want.

To reach the community room take the elevator across from California Pizza up to the second level. Follow the hallway past the security booth. The room is on the right.

Annual Election of the HTC Board of Directors and At Large Members

The nominating committee is requesting your consideration to serve as a Director or an At-Large Member of the Hartford Track Club Board of Directors. All members are eligible to serve. It would be helpful to notify the nominating committee of your interest as soon as possible. The nominating committee is Bob Gemske, Charles Whynacht, and Bill Thramann. Please see the HTC Officers page for our contact information. We will provide information about the responsibilities of each position if requested but generally all Directors are expected to attend monthly meetings to manage all activities of the Hartford Track Club.
